“I saw it” by Cicada.  This is my friend Ben, my nephew Zack, and me.  We’re called Cicada because we get together and make music nearly as infrequently as a Magicicada hatch.

Spending a lot more time looking at things close up, like this moth at the Arbor Day Foundation in Nebraska.  Some say you can’t see the forest through the trees, but sometimes you’ve got to look at what’s in the trees to really see the forest.
So I’m resisting the temptation to distance myself from my teaching, for example, and instead looking closely at the artifacts.
